ADHD is a superpower 🧠

Hannah has ADHD β€” and she wants every kid who does too to feel understood and supported.

What is ADHD?

ADHD stands for Attention-Deficit/Hyperactivity Disorder. It means your brain is super energetic and creative β€” but sometimes it makes it hard to focus, sit still, or follow along. If you have ADHD, you are not alone. Lots of amazing kids do!

1

You are not broken πŸ’œ

ADHD just means your brain works in a special way. Many great inventors, artists, and leaders have ADHD.

2

Talk to a grown-up πŸ—£οΈ

If school feels really hard, tell a parent or teacher. They can help you get the right support.

3

Move your body πŸƒ

Exercise, dance, or gymnastics can help your brain feel calmer and happier.

4

Breaks are okay ⏸️

It's okay to take a break when things feel overwhelming. Even five minutes can help.

Meet Hannah πŸ’—

She's 8 years old and already changing the world.

πŸ‘§

Hi! I'm Hannah.

I started Hannah Helps because I want to help people who have diseases, disabilities, ADHD, or limb differences. I have ADHD myself, and I know how hard it can feel sometimes. I wanted to build a place full of kindness, resources, and ways for people to help each other.

My favorite causes right now are Hero Arms β€” which helps kids get prosthetic arms β€” and spreading awareness about ADHD so kids know they're not alone. I love art, dance, gymnastics, and golf. And I believe that even small hands can make a really big difference. πŸ’—
